Shipping Policy

📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (book launches, special editions), processing may take up to 5 business days. Preorders ship on or shortly after the official release date. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and others depending on destination and order size.

UK Shipping Standard

(2–4 business days); Tracked (1–2 business days); Next-Day options may be available for certain items.

International Shipping

Tracked services only. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days). International buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees.

 

3. Packaging Standards

Because many of our books are collectible, we use: Bubble-wrapped protection; Rigid book mailers or custom boxes. Waterproof outer layer where appropriate. We package each order with the goal of protecting sprayed edges, dust jackets, and signed pages.

 

4. Combined Shipping

We combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible. If items require different release dates or special care, they may ship separately. Preorders and in-stock books may also be shipped separately unless otherwise requested.

 

5. Preorder Shipping

Preorder items will ship as soon as stock is received. If you order both preorder and in-stock items: We may ship them separatelyAdditional shipping may apply depending on weight or courier rules. Release dates are provided by publishers and may occasionally change.

 

6. Tracking Information

All tracked orders include a tracking number sent via email when shipped. If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please contact us at thehiddeneditionbooks@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

A parcel may be considered lost if :UK: 10 business days after expected delivery; International: 20 business days after expected delivery. Once confirmed lost, we will offer: A replacement (if available), or A full refund. Limited editions may have no replacement, in which case a refund will be issued.

 

8. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the book. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability

 

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses unless the parcel is returned to us.
